




We had some issues with weather and kept having to reschehdle, but they finished the job and even came back a third time when I noticed something was off.

The technician was very friendly when he arrived and did an excellent job at assembling the Teeter LT7. He left without breaking down the boxes/packing materials. After bringing the issue to the attention of HandyBuddy & FixTman he was sent back out to rectify the situation. I had placed the small items and pieces of Styrofoam in garbage bags while I was waiting for him to arrive. And he attempted to argue with me that that was not part of the packing materials and did not want to take them to the garbage can. He was rather rude during his cleanup, which I found unacceptable since I had done half of the cleanup job for him. If he had not done such a good job putting together my equipment, my rating would have been a one star rating. I would not use FixTman in the future. But I do appreciate HandyBuddy being so prompt in assisting me.

On time, professional and fast!

2 men that came to install canopy didn't look professional or knew what to do. Level of communication was disappointing. After 3 hours when the work was done they look irritated with any questions or clarification I was asking. They rushed to leave without checking with me if everything is okay or not. I would expect more professional experts and better customer service for price it was paid to do this job.

They skipped a step in the directions and had to cut the trampoline pad to get it to fit without completely starting over. They did this cut without asking us so now we have a cut trampoline pad. They said they were going to come by again and "sew" the pad but I'm not interested in that approach to fix the mistake.

We expected techs that were familiar with the vuly equipment. They did the best they could but it took a week of them coming back to finish the job. My husband and I had to tell them how to fix everything that was assembled incorrectly more than once. We were promised a discount by the costumer service rep that I spoke with. This did not happen and they charged us full price. Over all we are very disappointed and not satisfied with how things were handled.

We were looking for someone to assemble our gazebo and using Handy Buddy was very easy. They matched us with a provider, provided a clear and upfront payment and ensured everything was completed to our satisfaction.
