Providers have the option of having either customer service reps manage service requests or technicians can do the same via a Pro mobile app.
Alternatively, the platform also supports webhooks that can be leveraged to enable providers to access service requests via a system-to-system interface.
Service requests are automatically offered to service providers in the marketplace based upon performance and availability. No need to claim jobs.

What makes our platform different is that ALL services offered to providers are pre-priced and pre-negotiated. No jobs to claim. No haggling with quotes and/or estimates. All a provider needs to do is define their coverage areas, opt-in/out of service categories and set-up their technicians for access (optional). Confirmed jobs are offered exclusively to providers strictly based upon performance metrics.
Our event-driven rules engine ensures that jobs move along their way without friction in a low-touch manner. Jobs can be sent to a provider via a webhook where it can be actioned against in a provider’s own field service system or managed directly via our portal.
From the point a service request is received from a customer, the platform continuously notifies the customer of the status of their request. This prevents the need for them to call anyone asking what’s happening with their request. The platform will email and text a customer (opt-in required) when a request has been successfully matched with a provider and include provider’s contact info. Once a request has been scheduled the customer will get a confirmation as well. Finally, when the job has been marked as complete, the platform notifies the customer what to expect next.
Since our platform is not claim based, we are able to exclusively offer requests to the best performing providers. In addition to collecting customer feedback via reviews and ratings, the platform tracks providers ability to respond to job fulfillment needs in a timely manner. Those providers who provide the best customer experience are awarded more of the work.
